Return Conditions
- Products must be returned within the applicable return period in original, unused condition.
- All items must include original packaging, seals, and tags.
- If the product seal is opened, broken, or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Products that are used, damaged, or in their original condition will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Returns must be shipped using our original courier partner, or they may also be sent directly by the customer.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued through online banking transfer only.
- The shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount before processing the refund.
- After inspection and deduction of applicable shipping charges, the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
